Q How to charge the sample fee?

A If you need a sample of our stock, we can provide it to you free of charge, but you need to pay the shipping cost. If you need a special size, we will charge a sample production fee, which can be refunded when you place an order.
Q When can we provide it?

We usually quote within 24 hours of receiving your enquiry. If you are very impressed, please call us or let us know in your email so that we can respond to you first.
Q About color difference and size

All products are taken in kind, but due to the difference in shooting fiber, angle, and display contrast, there will be chromatic aberration problems, which is unavoidable.

Product dimensioning is manual measurement, and wood is different from steel, plastic and other materials. Each batch will be worn out due to sawtooth loss, wet and dry procedures, and there will be a slight error in size.
